Drill or Die-Punch two 3/4" holes, one on each side of the sleeve.

Insert 'snap-in' or 'clip-on' bearings into the holes.
* Use e-clips to secure 'clip-on' bearings.

Pass a 3/8" square bar through the bearings and the damper disk.  Insert the handle onto the rod.

Spotweld the handle into place. Center the disk and secure the system with a self-drilling screw.
